Standard pieces take an estimated 5–7 calendar days. Personalization adds 2–3 calendar days, making approximately 7–10 calendar days before dispatch. Transit is approximately 14 calendar days after dispatch; delivery dates are estimates.

Personalized details are locked when you order. Change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not accepted for personalized pieces. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please use our contact form. Read the full policy.

Standard shipping is free to supported destinations. Product prices do not include import duties and local taxes that may apply. Shipping & returns.

Hand-wash the ceramic insert and wipe the stand with a damp cloth. Keep away from heat and dishwashers. Handle gently; avoid dropping, throwing, or hard impacts.

Fine layer lines and slight texture or color variations are natural to 3D printing, provided they do not affect normal use or materially differ from the description.
