Production & order details

Estimated production is 5–7 calendar days. Personalization adds 2–3 calendar days, for approximately 7–10 calendar days before dispatch. Please check your selection, spelling and address before ordering. Personalized details are locked when an order is placed.

Complimentary standard shipping

We ship from Shanghai, China. Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. Transit is approximately 14 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to production. Customs, holidays and carrier delays may extend this estimate.

Product prices do not include import duties and local taxes that may apply.

Materials & care

Fine layer lines and slight texture or color variations are part of 3D printing, provided they do not affect normal use or materially differ from the description. Handle gently; avoid dropping, throwing, or hard impacts. Hand-wash the ceramic insert; wipe the PLA stand with a damp cloth and keep it away from heat. Damage caused by misuse or accidental impacts after delivery is not a manufacturing fault.

Order issues & personalized pieces

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please use our contact form to submit your order number and relevant information. We will review the circumstances and confirm an appropriate resolution.

Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return.

Delivery enquiries & missing parcels

If tracking has not updated, or your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check the shipping address and any safe delivery locations, and ask whether someone accepted it for you. If it is still missing, submit your order number through our contact form. We will review the shipment record and contact the carrier where necessary.
